SANTA FE SOUP:
I have given this recipe to so many people I have lost count!  I just sent it to my college daughter and thought you may all enjoy it as well!  Here it is:
2 Lbs.  Ground Turkey-browned w/ yellow onion
2 cans black beans (undrained)
2 cans white corn (undrained)
1 can pinto beans  (undrained)
2 pkgs taco seasoning mix
2 pkgs. hidden valley ranch mix
2 cups water
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes (optional)
Brown the meat first w onion, then dump all ingredients together and simmer for 2 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream and shredded cheese!
Serves 12!  Great for 2 nights!
